Compliance with international standards to ensure a transition to net-zero. The draft emphasizes that reduction projects should adhere to the principles of measurability, verifiability, and reportability (MRV).<br \/>2. Providing standardized methods and improving the efficiency of reviewing new methods. The draft clearly stipulates that the central competent authority will review all types of greenhouse gas reduction measures and approve reduction methods.<br \/>3.
